Delete Branch "%!s(<nil>)"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Replace the current upload algorithm with the new upload algorithm used in #1382.
both SDMF and MDMF? (and their respective check and repair processes?)
I think SDMF and MDMF use the same placement code so it would be for both. File upload is just a special instance of repair, so repair would also use the new algorithm.
Using servers of happiness for the checker is #614.
If I understand correctly, fixing #1057 without fixing this ticket may cause regressions for publishing mutable files similar to the ones we have had for uploading immutable files. So I'm in favour of fixing both #1057 and #2060 for 1.11, or failing that, not including either fix in the release.
