better error message if a cap is of an unknown type #1650

I just tried to use Tahoe-LAFS v1.8.3 to view an MDMF, by loading a URL like /uri/URI%3ADIR2-MDMF%.... The resulting page says:

Sorry, but I couldn't find the object you requested.

Well, that's not bad -- at least it is polite! But we should change it to say that the object you requested, while detectable, is not readable since it is of an unrecognized type.

Duplicate of #884 (this specific case is mentioned in /tahoe-lafs/trac-2024-07-25/issues/5946#comment:7). I agree that it's important, and will try to prioritize that ticket.
