tahoe deep-check should report where it was when it gave up #880

This is sort of the cli equivalent of #755. If you have an unrecoverable file or directory, and the deep-check can't proceed because of this, it should report how far it got so that you can tell which file or directory is the unrecoverable one.

Near-duplicate of #755. Actually #755 asks to continue the deep-check and report all unrecoverable subdirectories, which is better.
