log to a subdirectory, rather than the node's basedir #61

robk points out that it would be nice if the twistd.log (and the unbounded number of rotated twistd.log.NN files) could be put in a subdirectory, like NODE/logs/twistd.log instead of NODE/twistd.log , since once the node has been running for a while, it can get kind of crowded in there.

twistd offers a --logfile= argument, but I don't know offhand if it will rotate the results. If it does, this is a pretty simple fix.
