Add tests for web UI directory operations #3319

Looks like there are no tests for these operations on directory page of the web UI, which led to #3312:

  • Create a new directory
  • "Refresh" link
  • More info on this directory
  • Read-Only Version

The tests should ensure that above items on web UI directory page work as expected.
