Having development activity announced to #Tahoe-LAFS on Freenode is a helpful thing. This used to happen but I think GitHub may have turned off the feature which drove it.

The bot linked in the summary seems to be popular and straightforward to deploy.

Deploy it on tahoe-lafs.org so we have activity announcements.
