Convert all remaining logging in magic-folder frontend to use Eliot #2977

This is a follow-up ticket for /tahoe-lafs/trac-2024-07-25/issues/7786. Implementing all logging changes in one branch seemed like it would create a branch of sufficient size that it would be difficult to get it reviewed and merged.

So, after basic proof-of-concept changes and a few useful Eliot log actions/messages, a PR for /tahoe-lafs/trac-2024-07-25/issues/7786 will be reviewed and merged.

All remaining logging done by the magic-folder frontend should be converted to use Eliot too. A follow-up PR making these changes will resolve this ticket.
