"tahoe ls" returns incorrect data. #2947

If you run "tahoe ls --help" it says that "tahoe ls -l" is supposed to include the last modified timestamp for directory entries.

If you run "tahoe ls -l" it returns the created timestamp for directory entries.

One of these is wrong.

A further argument to -l to make it capable of returning created or modified based on user preference would be mildly handy, but at the very least the help should match the functionality.
