do we have 64-bit or 32-bit windows wheels in our deps/ directory? #2756

I don't know windows very well. Could somebody look at https://tahoe-lafs.org/deps/ and tell me if we're hosting 32-bit or 64-bit wheels there?

I built these (with pip wheel .) on a windows box (a Google Compute engine VM), so I assume it's somewhat modern, but I honestly don't know if they're useful anywhere beyond that one machine.

If not, please let me know, and maybe give me a hand configuring that box to produce the most-useful sorts of wheels :).

We have 32-bit wheels. I'm building a VM with the 64-bit version of python installed, and will create 64-bit wheels too.
