OS X pkg: detect and cleanup any previous installation #2493

The OS X pkg uses /etc/paths.d/tahoe to add the tahoe binary path. It is currently appending the path into the file. Instead it should delete any previous installation files and then reinstall the files.

It should also install the manpage in /etc/manpaths.d/.
