We need to add an automated packaging test to exercise the packaging work in #182 which needs to run on the buildslave configured in #2303.

make build-osx-pkg runs the new test as its last step.

It does not test uninstallation, though. (I don't know how uninstallation is typically done on OS X.)

See source:misc/build_helpers/test-osx-pkg.py. There is no facility for automated uninstallation, so nothing to test there.
