We should provide a testgrid that supports decentralized directories and mutable files. Instead of breaking the current one -- the one whose public web interface is http://tahoebs1.allmydata.com:8011 -- let's set up a new one using the current darcs head.

I set up a new test grid using current darcs version (v0.6.1-221). There are two publically-usable web gateways to the new grid: http://tahoebs1.allmydata.com:8123 and http://nooxie.zooko.com:8123 .
