trac commit notifications always show the branch as /trunk #1970

When a patch has a ticket reference recognized by trac in its commit message (e.g. 'fixes', 'closes' or 'refs' followed by the ticket number), and is committed to the official https://github.com/tahoe-lafs/tahoe-lafs repo on any branch, then the commit comment will always show the branch as /trunk.
