This is now in there, but since Nevow and foolscap require zope.interface to be installed but do not list it as an automatable dependency, people still have to manually install zope.interface before using setuptools. Anyway, even if Nevow and foolscap didn't do that, then people would still have to install Twisted, and that requires installing zope.interface. (Although if we didn't have the earlier-mentioned problem with Nevow and foolscap then they could do that after installing Tahoe, I think.)

Closing this -- the aforementioned issues can be separate tickets.
