generated .deb includes "buildtest/test_build_with_fake_dist.py" #1348

The buildbot-generated debian package (at http://tahoe-lafs.org/debian/dists/lenny/tahoe/binary-i386/allmydata-tahoe_1.8.2_all.deb) includes, next to the usual /usr/share/pyshared/allmydata/*, a funky /usr/share/pyshared/buildtest/*init*.py and buildtest/test_build_with_fake_dist.py. I think this is some sort of test harness file, to support one of the miscellaneous packaging tests in source:misc/build_helpers . But I don't think it ought to be in the generated debian package.

This ticket is to make sure it is removed from the .deb somehow.
